Where does my Motorhome come from?

Coachmen Recreational Vehicles has its headquarters in Middlebury, Indiana,USA – the heart of Amish country. Primary manufacturing facilities covering more than 40 hectares comprise Coachmen branded ‘A’ class Motorhomes including the Mirada 310 DS where it is built to our Australian specifications. It’s on the doorstep of the Ford manufacturing plant where the engine and chassis are manufactured. The final fit-out of your Motorhome takes place at our Batemans Bay plant, on the south coast of NSW.

Is the Mirada 310 DS ready for Australian touring?

Your new vehicle is designed and built for Australia’s unique motoring conditions, including a higher floor level, extra storage and automatic parking levelling system. All our Australian vehicles feature Australian 240v wiring and appliances coupled to a state of the art inverter/charger and solar system. Power can be drawn from mains, generator or batteries to suit any application.

Just how economical is the Mirada 310 DS to run?

The vehicle’s dual fuel LPG and petrol system gives economy similar to larger 4WD vehicles.

Does the Mirada 310 DS suit the traveller who just wants to take it easy?

Five speed automatic transmission with towhaul, cruise control and comfortable leatherette captain’s chairs let you drive with ultimate ease. You’ll stay in luxury and comfort with internal bathroom, extensive kitchen facilities, private queen bedroom, full entertainment system, air conditioning and heating.

We like to free-camp. How does the Mirada 310 DS cope with isolated conditions?

The Mirada 310Ds has been designed to free camp, offering ample water, power and security even for extended periods – giving you the peace of mind to enjoy some of the out of the way places you may choose to visit ... or just free camp in town for the night.

What if the kids or grandkids want to join the fun?

The Mirada 310 DS comfortably accommodates five people, with a private queen bedroom and two adjustable tables offering many sleeping and dining options.

What are the security features of the Mirada 310 DS?

Dead bolts, smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, CO2 detector, battery alert, LPG detector, security light and illuminated entry assist handles are standard features. Lockable screen doors allow for security and fresh air circulation.
